COMPETITIONS

Competition Table Tennis for all ages and standards is offered throughout the whole year. For more information click on any of the seasons listed to the left.

WINTER

SEASON: Commencing late April each year, finals completed by mid September (15 weeks of matches with finals). Players enter as individuals. However should two or more players have a particular wish to play together on a team they may indicate this on their player application forms. Every effort will be made to accommodate such requests as long as we are still able to form evenly matched teams for that division.

Seniors $84.00
Senior Concession $74.00
(available to Social Security recipients upon presentation of card)
Juniors $46.00

NIGHTS OF PLAY: Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Grades start with the lower standard on Wednesday nights with the highest standard players playing on Thursday nights

ENTRIES CLOSE: By the middle of March. Entries can be lodged at the STT canteen, posted to 14 Ranger Street, HALLETT COVE 5158 or emailed to stta2@southerntabletennis.org.au.

SPRING

SEASON: Commencing approximately mid September (10 weeks of matches with finals). Individual nominations only will be accepted. This competition is organised by Southern.

FEES: (As at August 2008)
Seniors $56.00
Senior Concession $48.00
(available to Social Security recipients upon presentation of card)
Juniors $28.00

NIGHTS OF PLAY: Wednesday

Players will be graded to ensure an even competition on both nights (higher standard on Wednesday nights).

ENTRIES CLOSE: Two weeks before the commencement of the season. Entries can be lodged at the STT canteen, posted to 14 Ranger Street, HALLETT COVE 5158 or emailed to stta2@southerntabletennis.org.au.
